These terms are being finalised and are pending a final professional legal review. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will be happy to help.
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage) used by Expat Essentials Poland, and how you can control the optional ones. See also our Privacy Policy.
These are strictly necessary for the service to work — for signing in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your privacy choices. They are always on and cannot be switched off, because the service cannot function without them. They are not used for advertising.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the service is used so we can improve it. Analytics are optional and off by default. Nothing is measured until you choose “Accept analytics”; until then analytics storage stays disabled (Google Consent Mode). We do not send personal content such as your documents, case details or free-text notes to analytics. Refusing analytics does not affect any core functionality.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Use the cookie banner, or “Cookie settings” in your account (Data & Privacy), to accept or reject optional cookies at any time. Rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting them. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
