MOS Package terms

What you buy

The MOS Package is one-time digital content for 49 PLN. There is no subscription. You prepare and submit the temporary residence and work application in MOS (Poland's official online system) yourself. The pack is not a law-firm service and not a government service.

Delivery

After payment, a link to one ZIP file is sent by e-mail, usually within minutes and at the latest within 2 working days. Payment is in PLN: BLIK, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, when Stripe offers that method for a PLN payment.

Consent before you pay

Before you pay you tick one box. That tick records both statements: your request that delivery of the digital content starts before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

• I request that delivery of the digital content (MOS Package) starts before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
• I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has started.

• Żądam rozpoczęcia dostarczania treści cyfrowej (Pakiet MOS) przed upływem 14-dniowego terminu do odstąpienia od umowy.
• Przyjmuję do wiadomości, że z chwilą rozpoczęcia dostarczania treści cyfrowej tracę prawo odstąpienia od umowy.

The time of the consent is stored with the order and repeated in the e-mail. This does not remove statutory rights if the digital content is not supplied or is not as described.

Fix or refund

If the pack you receive is not the temporary residence and work self-service pack described on the sales page, or you paid but cannot download it, email support@expatessentials.pl for a fix or a refund. Do not pay again. Government fees (stamp duty, residence-card fee, power-of-attorney fee) are not refunded by Expat Essentials Poland. No pack can guarantee a positive decision.
