Poland Move Check is one AI-assisted digital relocation report for the submitted household profile and up to two cities. The total is EUR 29, paid once through Stripe. It does not start a subscription, change PLUS access or spend AI Actions. No separate tax or service surcharge is added by EEP. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.
What is included
The report covers work prospects, possible formal routes, household cost scenarios, sources, assumptions, unresolved questions and next steps. It is planning information, not an individual legal, tax or financial opinion. Sources can be incomplete or change. No job, salary, affordability, visa or residence decision is guaranteed.
Delivery and technical requirements
Generation starts after Stripe confirms payment. Allow up to one hour including the queue. We email a private report access link to the address you confirm at checkout. No account is required. Read, print or save the report as PDF in a current web browser with JavaScript, internet access and essential cookies. Each email link can be used once within 7 days; the browser then keeps access for 30 days. Request a fresh link using your purchase email and order reference. Optionally connect the report and its action checklist to a verified EEP account with the same email; this does not include PLUS. The report is a snapshot, without ongoing research updates. Keep your downloaded copy before erasing a report or deleting a linked account.
Incomplete delivery
If generation fails, times out or does not produce the required report sections and city scenarios, EEP requests a full refund to the original payment method. Your order shows whether the refund is pending, confirmed by Stripe or needs support. Bank processing time varies. Do not pay again to recover an existing order.
Withdrawal and immediate delivery
You normally have 14 days from the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Before purchase, you may expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the applicable loss of withdrawal rights after supply. I request immediate preparation and delivery of my digital report before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that I lose the right to withdraw after the report has been supplied, provided the legal requirements for this exception have been met. My rights concerning defective or non-conforming content remain unchanged. To exercise an available withdrawal right, email support@expatessentials.pl with your order reference and a clear statement that you withdraw. A mandatory form is not required.
Complaints and statutory rights
For a missing or non-conforming report, email support@expatessentials.pl, or write to the seller address above, with the order reference and problem. EEP will respond within 14 days. Applicable consumer rights, including bringing digital content into conformity, price reduction or termination where legally available, are not excluded by these terms or by immediate-delivery consent. Payment fees are not deducted from a full refund.
Your data and contract record
Before payment you agree to save your answers with the order and send them to OpenAI for report generation. Minimal research queries may go to search providers. Do not include identity numbers, document scans or sensitive health information. Raw answers are encrypted and removed after processing or expiry; the encrypted report stays with the order until you erase it, or delete an account to which you deliberately linked it. Purchase and consent records are kept as required for accounting, complaints and legal obligations. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies.
