What you buy

“Pakiet MOS + sprawdzenie wniosku” is 249 PLN, once. You receive the MOS Package files the same way as the standalone pack, and a written review of the draft you upload, within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, Warsaw time) after that upload. Polish public holidays are not added on top.

“Odpowiedź na wezwanie” is 129 PLN, once. Within 48 hours of payment, including weekends: a written analysis of the letter, a draft reply in Polish with an English and Ukrainian explanation, and an attachment list.

What this is not

This is not legal advice and not representation before an office or a court. Expat Essentials Poland is not a law firm and not a government office. You send the reply and you file the application yourself. The deadline printed on the office letter stays that deadline. If it is sooner than 48 hours, the letter service may not reach you in time. Neither service guarantees the office’s decision.

Consent before you pay

Before you pay you tick one box. For the pack with a check, that tick records both the request for immediate delivery of the digital content (and the loss of the withdrawal right once delivery starts) and the request to start the written service before the 14-day period ends (and the loss of the withdrawal right for that service once it has been fully performed). For the wezwanie reply, the tick covers the written service only.

This does not remove statutory rights if the digital content or the written response is not supplied or is not as described.
