Write the Polish letter. Read it in your language.
Pick the situation, answer a short form and download a PDF you can send to the voivode. The letter is in Polish. Next to it you can read what it says.
This is general information and a template, not legal advice. A lawyer or a licensed adviser can tell you whether to send it.
What do you need to send?
How to send it
- Read the Polish text and the translation. Fix anything that does not match your papers.
- Sign it. You can file it at the office, send it by registered post, or file it electronically if you use a trusted profile or a qualified signature (art. 63 § 1 KPA).
- A formal reminder is handed in at the voivode, addressed to the Head of the Office for Foreigners through that voivode. Do not send it only to the higher office.
- Keep a copy of what you sent.
Your name, address and case number stay in this browser. The PDF is created on your device. We do not save the letter and we do not e-mail it.
Questions
Is this a letter from a lawyer?
No. It is a free template. It is not legal advice and not a letter from a law firm.
Why is the formal reminder separate?
Until 4 March 2027 the time limits for the voivode cases listed in art. 100d are suspended, and the remedies for inactivity do not apply. The default letter asks for an update instead of claiming the office is late.
Do you keep what I type?
No. The form stays in the browser and the PDF is created there. The optional e-mail is only an address for a newsletter confirmation. It is not stored with the letter, and the letter is not attached.
What does Pakiet MOS add?
The paid pack walks through the MOS application. This page only writes one letter about a case that is already pending.
