Purchase, Withdrawal & Consumer Rights

Version 1.0 · Last updated 5 September 2026

These terms are being finalised and are pending a final professional legal review. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will be happy to help.

This page sets out the consumer information for the one-time purchase of the Complete Poland Plan. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What you are buying

The Complete Poland Plan is a one-time purchase of €9.99. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — you will not be charged again. It unlocks paid functionality on your account, combining digital content with ongoing digital-service features.

Payment and access

Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full payment-card details. Access to the Complete Poland Plan begins after your payment is successfully completed and confirmed.

Immediate access and your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content and services there are specific rules where performance begins immediately, at your request.

At checkout you separately request that access to the Complete Poland Plan and performance of the digital service begin immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that, to the extent provided by applicable consumer law, beginning performance with your express request and consent may affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Where the law provides that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal once performance has begun (or has been fully performed), that consequence follows only to the extent the law allows. If the exact classification is uncertain, we will apply the interpretation more favourable to you as a consumer.

If you wish to withdraw where the right still applies, or if you have any doubt about your situation, contact us at [email protected] and we will help.

If something is wrong (conformity)

Your statutory rights as a consumer regarding digital content or services that are not as described or do not work as they should are not affected by anything on this page. If the plan is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity or to a price reduction or refund, as provided by law.

How to make a complaint

Email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the problem. We will review your complaint and respond. We do not impose an artificially short deadline for raising a complaint, and using this process does not affect your statutory rights.
