These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Expat Essentials Poland, including free functionality, EEP PLUS, optional AI Action top-ups and separate paid products such as Poland Move Check. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and the applicable purchase terms before paying.

Expat Essentials Poland is an independent digital information, organisation and navigation service for people living in or moving to Poland. It can help you organise next steps, understand documents, keep track of dates and cases, and use AI-assisted tools.
Expat Essentials Poland is not a Polish government service, is not affiliated with or endorsed by a Polish public authority, does not represent immigration authorities, is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Information and automated guidance are provided to help you understand and organise your situation. Official authorities and official legal sources remain authoritative.
Some features use artificial intelligence to interpret questions, analyse documents, generate reports or explanations and help organise information. Other parts of EEP use deterministic rules and workflows. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and does not itself determine legal eligibility, an official deadline, a government decision or a guaranteed outcome. Important information should be checked against the cited official source or with an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
Most personalised features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If your situation changes, you should update the relevant information so EEP can recalculate the guidance it shows you.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. An adult parent or legal guardian may provide information about a child or dependent where reasonably necessary to use family-related features.
EEP offers free functionality, which may include selected tools, previews, limited AI usage and basic plan features. The exact free feature set may change as the service develops.
EEP PLUS is the current paid subscription for the main EEP application. It costs €9.99 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. It includes the paid EEP workspace and 20 AI Actionsin each monthly service period.
Included AI Actions reset at the start of a new service period and do not roll over. Ordinary Ask EEP chat, Life Events, plan updates and reminders do not consume AI Actions. The product shows the applicable Action cost before supported heavier document or generation features are used.
Active EEP PLUS customers may buy additional AI Actions as one-time top-ups. Current packs are 10 Actions for €4.99, 25 for €9.99, or 60 for €19.99. Top-ups are not subscriptions, do not renew automatically and do not by themselves unlock EEP PLUS.
Poland Move Check is a separate one-time digital report product. It does not create an EEP PLUS subscription and does not consume or add EEP PLUS AI Actions. Its current price, scope, delivery conditions, refund handling and withdrawal information are shown before purchase and in the Poland Move Check purchase terms.
Some existing customers previously purchased a historical one-time lifetime EEP plan. Those accounts remain grandfathered according to the access already granted. We do not automatically convert a historical lifetime purchase into a recurring subscription or begin recurring charges without a new purchase by the customer.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card details. EEP PLUS renews monthly until cancelled. Where available, you can manage the subscription, payment method, billing history and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your EEP account. Cancellation is configured to stop renewal at the end of the current paid period, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
Paid access, top-up Actions and other purchased digital products are activated only after the relevant Stripe payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. Digital content and digital services have specific rules when performance starts immediately at the consumer's request. At checkout we present the applicable information and request any acknowledgement required for immediate performance. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory withdrawal, refund or conformity right that mandatory law gives you.

Your statutory rights relating to digital content or services that are not as described or do not work as they should remain unaffected. To report a problem, contact support@expatessentials.pl and include the account or purchase email and enough information for us to identify the issue. We will review the complaint and respond.
You may provide profile information, documents, messages and information about family members or dependants. You must have the lawful authority to provide information about another person and must not upload content you have no right to provide.
Deleting an uploaded document removes the stored file and its extracted text according to the current service behaviour. Confirmed facts, interpretations, case events, deadlines or plan information derived from that document may be stored separately and can remain until corrected, deleted through the applicable account controls or removed with the account, subject to information we must retain by law.
We may improve, update, replace or discontinue individual features, providers or technical infrastructure. We will not use service changes to disregard access already paid for or mandatory consumer rights. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, abuse automated features, submit malicious content or use EEP in a way that infringes the rights of others.
EEP provides information and organisational tools and is not a substitute for official decisions or professional advice where that is required. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outcomes that depend on authorities, third parties, changing law or inaccurate information supplied by the user. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence where they apply. Nothing in these Terms requires consumer arbitration.
